Gradings are held locally in our dojo, so there is no need to travel out of town to be graded, unless you are being graded to a senior black belt level, these gradings are completed by the IOGKF grading panel consisting of senior grades.
These gradings are held 3 times per years and each student is graded to the standards that are set down by the IOGKF Australia.
Students are personally invited to grade, to be eligible to grade, the student must show and complete the following.
Once all of the above has been demonstrated, then the student is eligible to set the grade. Upon being successful at the grading, the student will be graded accordingly.
The belts are property of the institute, and are given to the student, and returned once they have been graded to the next level.
Belts are available to purchase by the student if they want to keep their old belt.
Grading certificates are issued to the student upon successfully passing the grading.
