What age can my child start training ?
We take students from the age of 4 years, depending on their attention
span, but feel free to bring them along and give it a try.
How much does it cost ?
This depends on what time of the year you start, registration runs form
January to December and is reduced in the later part of the year, please
give the institute a call for a detailed price.
Can I have a free lesson?
Yes. You can train for two weeks free to give it a try.
What days are the classes on ?
Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays.
Pee Wee’s class starts at 4.30pm and finishes at 5.20pm.
Open class starts at 5.30pm and finishes at 7pm.
Saturday mixed class starts at 4pm and finishes at 5pm for the pee wee’s
and 5.30pm for students over the age of 10 years.
Where do you have the classes?
Our Dojo (training hall) is located in the Shape Squash and Fitness Centre
at 80 Taralga Road Bradfordville Goulburn.
Are you insured, and will I be?
Yes. We have professional indemnity, public liability and player accident.

Do I have to do tournaments?
No. Tournament competition is totally up to you.
Do I have to grade?
No. Gradings are not compulsory.
Is protective equipment used?
Yes. During free sparring in class, all students must have a mouth guard,
head guard, mitts and shin instep protectors.
Is it full contact?
No. We do not do full contact sparring during class. If you are old enough
and are interested in competing in full contact tournaments, we can train
you up for this, and only when we feel that you are ready, you will be able
to compete in these tournaments.
Can I train if I am injured?
Yes. We work around your injury and you are never forced to do anything
to aggravate your injury.
